Just a quick note to say that the banister rope arrived safely here with us in France this morning. The couriers did not ring but found us anyway.  We are absolutely delighted the natural hemp is just what we wanted and the knot ends are really beautiful. Unfortunately we will have to wait a few weeks to see it in situ as it is to be fitted to a stone spiral staircase in our new home in Brittany. We will send you photos once it is installed.

We just wanted to say that we think your service is brilliant - from the advice on your website, your updates at each stage and the speed at which you produced and dispatched the rope. Thank you once again.

Goods arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Very Impressed with that. (Another company had quoted two months) First impressions are very good. Beautiful end knots, 30 mmm rope just the natural workmanlike colour we wanted (to keep its looks over time)

Brackets have rope location locking pins which we were not expecting.

The bad news is you spoiled my weekend by delivering so promptly and I cannot fit them yet as I have a lot of painting to do.

I will forward pics when completed (four story spiral staircase with central pine trunk and elm risers)

I'm just sending you a couple of photographs of the beautiful bannister ropes i purchased from you, i'm very pleased with them and get a lot of comments from my guests (i do B&B). They are beautifully made and go with my decor really well. I have visited your works when i brought my parents on holiday and was very impressed, so kept it in mind that when the time came i would put up ropes on my staircase.

Order arrived safely today about 2.30. I was delighted to receive it so

My rope arrived as promised and I am delighted both with the quality and price of the product and also the excellent customer service. The telephone call telling us it was being sent and would arrive on Wednesday was "above and beyond" I believe is the expression. I will try and take some pics when it is installed, the stairwell is an enclosd space with no natural light,so the results will probably leave a lot to be desired.

Just wanted to say thank you for such a professional and efficient service.  From placing my order via the internet to receiving the goods, your service has been exceptional.
I was very impressed and grateful with a lady called sue who had obviously checked the details of my order and realised that in fact I had not ordered the correct quantity of brackets and then called me promptly to rectify the problem.
To then receive my goods within 4 days is absolutely fantastic.
The rope bannister will be in place within the next fortnight once the building work in that area is completed and I look forward to sending you some photos.
